Connective Growth provides group coaching sessions, daily motivational messages, and community support. These services are designed for individuals seeking personal growth and development.

• Coaching sessions are conducted online, typically via Zoom, and may involve up to 10 participants per group.
• Membership includes access to private group chats and other features outlined on our website.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Commit to participation in group sessions and activities.

We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who does not meet these requirements or fails to demonstrate the commitment necessary for meaningful participation.

• The cost of membership is £11 ($15) per session, billed monthly via Stripe as a subscription.
• Payments are processed securely online, and you agree to keep your payment details up-to-date.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days’ notice.
• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods or missed sessions.

• Confidentiality in Sessions: All discussions during group coaching sessions are private and must remain within the group. You agree not to share, reproduce, or disclose any personal information, stories, or details shared by other participants without their explicit consent.
• Respecting Privacy: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of other participants. Breaches of confidentiality, intentional or otherwise, may result in removal from the program without a refund.
• Connective Growth’s Commitment: We will maintain the confidentiality of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

To maintain a positive and supportive environment, you agree to:

• Treat all participants and coaches with respect and courtesy.
• Avoid disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior during sessions or in group chats.
• Do not record, share, or distribute any part of the sessions or group discussions, including screenshots or chat messages.
• Participate actively and respect the boundaries and perspectives of others.

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards without a refund.

Connective Growth is designed to provide tools, guidance, and support for personal growth. However, we do not guarantee specific results, as success depends on individual effort and commitment.

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms such as Zoom, Stripe, and WhatsApp. By using Connective Growth, you agree to their terms of service and policies.

All content on our website and materials provided during coaching sessions are the property of Connective Growth. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our written permission.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members in advance.

Connective Growth and its team are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Any loss or damage resulting from third-party platforms used in conjunction with our services.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership if you violate these Terms of Service. Refunds will not be provided for terminated memberships.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which you reside.

• For clients in the UK, these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
• For clients in the USA, these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State], and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Insert State].
• For clients in other countries, the applicable laws will be determined based on the location of the Connective Growth services provided.
