 As a Connective Growth coach, you will:

1. Facilitate weekly 1-hour group coaching sessions via Zoom.
2. Create a supportive, inspiring, and respectful environment for your group.
3. Provide personalized motivation and guidance to help clients succeed.
4. Collaborate with the Connective Growth team to ensure a consistent and high-quality coaching experience.

•  Independent Contractor:
  You’ll work as a self-employed coach contracted to Connective Growth. This gives you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while being part of our mission.
• Generous Revenue Share:
  Keep 70% of each client’s weekly payment. For example, if a client pays £11/$15, you’ll earn £7.70/$10.50 per session. With a full group of 10 clients, that’s £77/$105 per session.
• Connective Growth Support:
  We handle client onboarding, marketing, and administrative tasks so you can focus on coaching.

 We’re seeking motivated and qualified life coaches who:

• Have a passion for helping others grow.
• Are skilled in creating positive, supportive group dynamics.
• Are based in the UK or USA (for now).
• Align with our mission of affordability, accessibility, and empowerment.
• Have previous coaching experience (preferred) or a willingness to learn.
